A great way to get a taste of the history of the region is a visit to Old Sturbridge Village. One of the countries largest living museums, Old Sturbridge Village recreates New England life from 1790 to 1840.

But not all is historic in Sturbridge MA. The town is home to a wide variety of properties from condos to waterfront homes to contemporaries; a wide variety of activities from camping to great restaurants (such as The Cedar Street and The Whistling Swan); and a good school system (the Tantasqua Regional/School Union 61 Districts).
